Come Home to the Most Powerful Version of You

September 19-21, 2025

Charlottesville, VA

A woman hiking in a forest during fall with orange and red leaves on trees.

You’ve done the personal development books, the podcasts…

the talking-it-through-with-your-friends thing.

You’ve journaled your heart out, sat in therapy, set boundaries, second-guessed them, and tried again.

Despite doing “the work”, you still catch yourself walking into rooms and wondering if you’re too much… or not enough. You still shrink, overanalyze, and polish yourself just to feel palatable.

And the most frustrating part? From the outside, no one would ever know you walk around asking yourself:“Why do I still not feel like enough?”

This weekend retreat is for the woman who’s ready to stop picking herself apart once and for, who’s ready to build kind of confidence that doesn’t need to prove itself.

This is about finally trusting that you can show up as you are — not just when you're polished or "in a good headspace." It’s about giving yourself a full-body yes to take up space, say what you want, and not shrink around it.

This isn’t just a reset. It’s a reclamation.

You’ve spent so long working on yourself — but this is where you meet yourself.

The version who’s already enough. Already whole. Already endlessly worthy of her own approval.

You’ll leave this weekend softer, yes — but also bolder.

Not in the performative “I’m the loudest one in the room” way.

In the quietly powerful way that says: I know who I am. And I like her.

You’ll go home with clarity. With your nervous system intact. With your voice a little steadier.

And most importantly — with the kind of self-love that sticks around long after the weekend ends.

What if a single weekend could shift everything? Imagine this…

  • You wake up slow and sip your coffee overlooking Virginia’s fall foliage

  • You move your body in ways that feel nourishing — think an energizing hike in the AM followed by a yin yoga class in the evening

  • You’re expertly guided through coaching and self-reflective exercises that hit straight to the truth in hours, not years

  • You cry, you laugh, you remember your softness is strength

  • You leave not with a checklist, but with clarity

  • You get support from other women doing the work too and experience the kind of connection that feels like an exhale

  • Plus a few very intentional surprises that remind you: you are so worthy of being celebrated

This retreat was made for you if…

  • You’re ready to outgrow the version of you that doubts yourself at every turn

  • You’re done outsourcing your worth to achievements, likes, or other people’s opinions

  • You want space to get clear, recharge, and actually feel proud of who you’re becoming

  • You want fast transformation — but the kind that feels safe, spacious, and sustainable

Meet Your Retreat Leader: Margaux Flood, LCSW

Therapist. Space-holder. Truth-teller. Hype woman when you forget how powerful you are.

I’ve spent the past decade helping women untangle the stories that tell them they’re not enough — and remember what it feels like to actually love themselves. Not just when they’re winning. Not just when they’re calm. But true love and fulfillment through all of it.

My goal is to create a space for you to exhale, get honest, and reconnect to the version of you that knows who she is — even if she’s been buried under people-pleasing, perfectionism, or burnout.

I bring the depth of years in the therapy room, the knowledge of someone who’s done the work herself (and still is), and the fire of someone who believes in you hard and wants to help you get there quickly.

If you’re craving real connection, accountability, and the kind of clarity that lasts? You’re in the right place.

Got questions? You’ve come to the right place:

  • Totally normal — and honestly, expected. Most women come solo, so you won’t be the only one meeting everyone for the first time. You’ll have space to ease in, take breaks when you need to, and connect at your own pace. This isn’t a retreat where you have to be “on” 24/7 — it’s about real connection, not forced bonding. You’ll be surprised how quickly the group starts to feel safe, even if you’re someone who usually needs time to warm up.

  • The investment ranges from $995-$1295 ($795-$1095 during early bird before Aug 1st) depending on if you choose a private or shared room. You’ll submit a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold your space, and the remainder is due 45 days prior to the retreat (by Aug 5, 2025).

  • Transport to and from our retreat space. But once you’re with us, everything is included!

  • We’ll be staying right outside the city of Charlottesville, VA. The closest airports are Charlottesville (CHO) and Richmond (RIC). From there, I’d recommend renting a car to get to the retreat space. We can help you coordinate carpooling with other participants closer to the retreat date!

  • Then you’re in the right place. You don’t have to have it all figured out to join us. This retreat is designed for real humans with real emotions — and that includes messy moments, awkward laughter, and breakthroughs that don’t always come with pretty bows. You’ll be supported through all of it.

  • Totally. This retreat isn’t a replacement for therapy — it’s a complement. This retreat is coaching-focused, not therapy, which means we won’t be diving into diagnoses or processing one-on-one.

But because I am a licensed therapist, you can expect the experience to be deeply intentional, trauma-informed, and solution focused. We’ll work on building self-trust, confidence, and clarity — all in a way that supports (not conflicts with) the work you're already doing.

  • All payments are non-refundable, and the final payment is due 45 days in advance. If you cancel more than 45 days in advance, only the $300 will have been forfeited.
