I’ve spent the past decade helping women untangle the stories that tell them they’re not enough, but my own true confrontation of self didn’t come until I started my practice. I had to excavate every belief holding me back from a dream that got bigger and more powerful every day. And when I did? My practice and my income exploded.

Yes, this retreat is exclusively for therapists. While you don't necessarily have to be in private practice yet (you could be a group practice owner, an employee preparing to launch your own business, or a clinician shifting into a hybrid model) our coaching and strategy sessions will focus specifically on a clinical private practice model.
Building a therapy practice comes with a highly unique set of ethical boundaries, clinical nuances, and energetic demands. You face distinct blocks when it comes to raising rates, marketing your personal brand, and preventing burnout. This retreat is designed so you don't have to translate general "business advice" to fit your practice. We speak your language here. You will be surrounded entirely by other ambitious therapists who truly understand the depth of the work you do. -
Coaching & Strategy Sessions: Full access to all workshops, group mastermind sessions, and hot seats deep-diving into the Powerhouse Method.
Eco-Luxury Accommodations: 4 nights at our stunning, hand-selected beachfront paradise.
Airport Transfer: Round-trip transfer from the Tulum airport to and from the retreat center.

Because of the highly curated nature of this retreat all payments are strictly non-refundable. If you opt for a payment plan, all payments are due even if you cancel before your last payment. Because life happens, we recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that may help recoup travel costs in the event that you are unable to attend.
